Families Connected offer a range of welfare support services including:
Out of Hours Services
Families Connected can provide qualified social workers who are ready and available to carry out welfare checks and crisis intervention.
Act as an Appropriate Adult
Families Connected can be flexible in attending places when social workers and parents are unable to.
Escorting Service
Families Connected can support the local authority with escorting children from place to place.
Community Outreach
Families Connected can support parents and carers in the community with a wide range of tasks.
